Please note that with the purchase of this service, you must also book an appointment for an Onsite med spa practitioner to visit you or whoever this service was purchased for in order to complete this service. You or the patient must also fill out all the medical release forms before any treatment, otherwise, this service may be refused by the Onsite Med Spa practitioner. Overall treatment can take up to 60-120 minutes to complete. Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis.
